About what we do
Is this a course or a training programme?
No. It's a build. We sit next to you and set up your AI - Claude Project, dashboards, prompts, workflows - using your business, your tools, your data. You end up with a working system, not slides.

What do I actually own when we're done?
Everything. Your Claude Project, your prompt library, your workflows, your dashboards, they all live in your accounts. We host nothing. There is no subscription to us. If you fire us tomorrow, you keep the lot.

Done with you, not for you. You drive the keyboard, we sit alongside. By the end you can rebuild what we made and tweak it yourself.

YouTube teaches the tool. We set up the tool around your business. The same way a financial planner is different from a personal-finance podcast.

How long does it take?
Pace is negotiated in session one. Some owners do four sessions in two weeks. Some space them out over six. The work is the work, we set the cadence around your week, not ours.

Either. Cape Town owners can have us in your office. Anywhere else is over a screen-share. Same outcome.

A laptop and a paid Claude subscription (we use Claude in most setups - happy to explain why on the call). Beyond that we build with what you already have, Notion, Gmail, Sheets, your CRM, whatever.

Where are you based and who do you work with?
We're based in South Africa but work with businesses anywhere in the world. If you have a laptop, a business, and a real problem to solve, we can work together, location doesn't matter.

If session one doesn't land, you get a full refund. No survey, no script, no "let me jump on a call to understand why." We send the money back.

Only if you choose Scale. Switch and Unlock are one-off — you pay once, you keep the system. We're not a SaaS dressed up as a service.

An AI consultant produces a strategy deck. We produce a working setup. You can run our system on Monday morning. You can't run a strategy deck.

Yes. Ask us and we'll show you relevant examples based on your industry or use case. Some clients prefer confidentiality so we don't post everything publicly, but we can walk you through real builds on a call.

Most of our owners aren't. We work in plain language and we go at the pace you can absorb. If you can write an email, you can run what we build.

We use the business plans of Claude your inputs aren't used for training. We talk through your data setup in session one and make sensitive material a deliberate decision, not a default.

What if the tools change in six months?
They will. The system we set up is built around how you work, not which model is hot this quarter. We use stable patterns, Projects, prompt libraries, workflow chains, that survive model swaps.

Small is who we build for. Owner-operated businesses get the most lift from AI because every hour saved is yours. We don't have a minimum revenue cutoff.

We work with professionals and business owners across many sectors, including lawyers, doctors, accountants, real estate agents, and general business owners. If your work involves client communication, admin, paperwork, scheduling, or data you're not fully using, AI can almost certainly help. If you're not sure whether we're a fit, just ask, we'll tell you honestly.
