Who we are

Tomorrow's World is a sole-proprietor AI-coaching service based in Cape Town, South Africa. Our trading name is Tomorrow's World and our contact email is hello@tomorrowsworld.ai.

When this policy refers to "we", "us", or "Tomorrow's World", it means this business. When it refers to "you" or "your", it means any person who visits our website, takes our quiz, books a call, or purchases a programme.

We are a responsible party as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

We collect information in three ways: when you give it to us directly, when our tools collect it automatically, and when third-party services record it as part of their normal operation.

Information you give us directly

• Your first name, last name, and email address (when booking a call or signing up for updates)

• Your business name, industry, and team size (when completing the fit quiz)

• Quiz responses about your current AI tool usage and business goals

• Any additional context you share in free-text fields or during a session

• Payment confirmation details (handled entirely by third-party processors — we never see card numbers)

Information collected automatically

• Page views and navigation paths (via Netlify Analytics - IP- anonymized, no cookies)

• Device type, operating system, and browser version

• Referring URL (where you came from before landing on our site)

• Approximate location at country/region level

Information we do not collect

• Credit card numbers, bank account details, or any payment credentials

• Government ID numbers, passport numbers, or tax reference numbers

• Sensitive personal information as defined in POPIA (race, health, religion, etc.)

• Any data from individuals under 18 years of age

How we use your information

We use your personal information only for the purposes described below. We do not use it for any other purpose without telling you first.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not allow our service providers to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

If we are required by South African law or a court order to disclose your information, we will do so and, where legally permissible, will notify you in advance.

Cookies and tracking

Our website is designed to minimise tracking. Here is exactly what runs:

• Netlify Analytics - server-side analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across other websites. Your IP address is anonymised before storage.

• Session storage - we use browser session storage (cleared when you close your tab) to remember your quiz progress so you can complete it in one sitting. This is never sent to our servers.

• No advertising or retargeting cookies - we do not run Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or any retargeting technology on this site.

• Calendly embed - the booking widget on our call page is served by Calendly and may set its own cookies. Please reviewCalendly's privacy policyfor details.

You can block all cookies via your browser settings without losing any material functionality on our site.
