Plain-language summary: Book a session, show up prepared, and do the work with us. We deliver what we promise. If after Session 1 you genuinely feel it's not right for you, we'll refund you in full - no questions asked. We own the frameworks we teach; you own everything built around your business.
01 Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Tomorrow's World website at tomorrowsworld.ai, taking the fit quiz, booking a call, or purchasing any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
02 Services we provide
Tomorrow's World offers practical AI-setup coaching for South African business owners. Our current programmes are:

The Unlock programme consists of four live one-to-one sessions: Foundation (Week 1), Voice & Knowledge (Week 1–2), Workflows (Week 2), and Integration (Week 3). Full session details are described on the Unlock page.
We reserve the right to adjust programme content, format, or pricing at any time. Any such changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.

Eligibility
Our services are currently available to business owners and sole traders based in South Africa only. To participate in a programme you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Be the owner or a senior decision-maker of a South African business
Have access to a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection
Hold an active subscription to at least one AI tool (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot)
Be able to attend sessions in English
We use a short quiz to confirm fit before you book. If the quiz result suggests our program is not the right match for your situation, we will tell you honestly - and may recommend alternatives where appropriate.

Pricing and payment
Fees
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We are not currently registered as a VAT vendor; if our VAT status changes, we will update pricing accordingly.
Payment terms
Full payment is required to confirm your programme booking
Payment links are issued after your discovery call and are valid for 48 hours
Your session schedule is confirmed only after payment is received
We accept EFT and card payment via our payment processor
Invoices
A payment confirmation will be emailed to you automatically. A formal invoice is available on request at hello@tomorrowsworld.ai. Invoices are issued in ZAR and reference your business name as provided at booking.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to bookings already confirmed and paid. We will give at least 14 days' notice of any price increase on our website.

If after completing Session 1 you don't believe the programme will deliver value for your business, contact us within 48 hours of that session. We will refund your full payment — no questions, no conditions, no forms to fill out.
How it works

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process your refund within 5 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method
Conditions and exclusions
The guarantee applies to the Unlock programme only. Phase 2 programmes have their own refund terms which will be stated at the time of purchase
You must have attended Session 1 to be eligible - no-shows are not covered
Requests made more than 48 hours after Session 1 will not be accepted, regardless of reason
The guarantee may only be claimed once per client
If you purchased through a third-party reseller or partner, their refund policy applies instead
We offer this guarantee because we are confident in the programme. We do not ask for a reason, and declining to give one will not affect your refund.

Client obligations
The programme works because you do. To get the outcomes described on our site, we need you to:
Attend all four sessions as scheduled, on time, with your laptop ready
Complete any between-session tasks (typically 20–40 minutes per week)
Provide accurate information about your business, tools, and workflows during onboarding
Have your AI tool accounts set up and accessible before Session 1
Maintain an active subscription to the AI tools we build around - we cannot set up or maintain subscriptions on your behalf
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes (time savings, revenue impact) because results depend on how fully you apply what we build together. Our stated outcomes - such as "8+ hours saved per week" - are representative of typical clients who complete the program and implement what we build.

Scheduling and rescheduling
Booking
Sessions are booked via our Calendly booking page. Your session schedule for all four sessions is confirmed at the time of booking. Sessions are typically held Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 SAST.
Rescheduling by you
You may reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or failing to attend without notice, forfeits that session slot. We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time, but this is not guaranteed
If you need to pause the programme (e.g. due to illness or emergency), contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate reasonable requests to extend the programme timeline by up to 4 weeks
Rescheduling by us
We will never cancel a confirmed session without good cause. If we need to reschedule, we will give you at least 48 hours' notice and offer you an alternative time within 5 business days. If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative within 10 business days, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for that session.

Intellectual property
What we own
All frameworks, methodologies, templates, presentation materials, and training content delivered during sessions ("Program Materials") are and remain the intellectual property of Tomorrow's World. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Programme Materials for your own business purposes only.
You may not: resell, sublicence, reproduce, or distribute Programme Materials; use them to create competing training products; or share them with third parties outside your business without our prior written consent.
What you own
Everything we build together that is specific to your business - your custom prompts, your AI-powered workflows, your knowledge base documents, your automation templates - is yours. We claim no ownership over any output that is built around your content, your brand, or your business processes.
Website content
All content on tomorrowsworld.ai - copy, design, code, illustrations, and animations - is owned by Tomorrow's World and may not be reproduced without permission.

Confidentiality
We treat everything you share during sessions as confidential. This includes your business financials, client information, internal processes, pricing, and any other information you reasonably consider sensitive.
We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party, except:
Where required by South African law or a court order
Where you have given us explicit written permission
In anonymised, aggregate form for the purpose of improving our programmes (e.g. "clients in retail save an average of X hours")
In return, we ask that you treat any proprietary frameworks, pricing information, or business methods you learn about Tomorrow's World as confidential.

Limitation of liability
No guarantee of specific outcomes
We make no warranty that using AI tools will result in any specific financial outcome, time saving, or business result. Testimonials and representative figures on our website reflect real client experiences but are not a guarantee of what you will achieve.
AI tools are third-party services
We work with AI tools provided by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google, and others). We have no control over the availability, accuracy, or output of these tools. We are not liable for any loss arising from the actions or outputs of third-party AI tools, changes to their pricing or access, or service interruptions.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or from the provision of services will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any right you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Where the CPA applies, it takes precedence over any conflicting term in this document.

Website use
You may use our website for its intended purpose: learning about our programmes, taking the quiz, and booking a call. You may not:
Scrape, crawl, or extract content from our website using automated tools
Attempt to access any part of the site or its underlying systems that is not publicly intended
Use our website to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or completing the quiz
Our website is hosted on Netlify. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or data loss arising from Netlify's infrastructure.
Links to third-party websites (Calendly, payment processors, etc.) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

Amendments to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always available at tomorrowsworld.ai/terms-and-conditions.html, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page.
If we make a material change — one that meaningfully affects your rights or obligations — we will notify current clients by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using our services and, if within the refund window, to request a refund under the guarantee above.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve the matter informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to a mutually agreed mediator or, failing that, to the courts having jurisdiction in the Western Cape, South Africa.
If you are a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, you may also refer disputes to the relevant Ombud or the National Consumer Tribunal.
